The UK housing market is due for a massive correction in market value according to property experts and financial advisers and already many buy-to-let investors are pulling out of the market and selling up.
Many are predicting that a major slump is on the way and that with the introduction of HIP (Home Information Packs) around the corner on all UK properties, property dealers are suggesting that if any homeowners were thinking of selling, to do it now before the market drops and HIP’s and another possible interest rate rise puts the dampeners on the market in a big way.

Yesterday, all housemates went into the Diary Room to nominate the two housemates they most want evicted from the house this week. Winds of over 160mph have been recorded as Hurricane Dean approaches the Cayman Islands on it’s way from Jamaica
earlier today where it caused widespread damage.
Tourists in the Cayman Islands have been urged to leave as soon as possible and a curfew was put in place.
The most destructive and deadliest of Hurricane’s has hit the Jamaican coast this evening battering homes and destroying buildings in one of the worst storms of it’s kind to hit the Caribbean Island.
Inhabitants have been bracing themselves for days while the storm has been growing in ferocity and speed and today the storm was upgraded to a category 5 hurricane and wind speeds of over 150mph were recorded on Jamaica’s South East Coast as Dean ripped into the island.
