Prime Minister Gordon Brown held a press conference earlier today and declared that there will be a review on home building on flood plains.
He said that all new home building development applications will be subject to the new, stricter controls on home builds within flood plain areas.
Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of popular social networking site Facebook will be defending his honor this week in court over allegations that he ripped off the idea from fellow colleagues at Harvard University.
